The DevksDrives Merchant Catalogue is designed to help drivers discover automotive businesses with confidence. These standards outline our expectations for listed merchants.

Listing Requirements

Approved merchants must:

Provide accurate business information
Maintain current contact details and service areas
Update listing information when circumstances change
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Hold appropriate licences and insurance where required
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Adhere to our Merchant Terms

Verification Levels

Verification labels indicate specific review steps completed. They include:

Information submitted
Identity reviewed
Business information reviewed
Enhanced verification
Sponsored listing
Featured listing
Unverified listing
Information update requested

No 'Approved' or 'Guaranteed' Labels

We do not use labels such as 'DevksDrives Approved,' 'Guaranteed,' or 'Trusted' without a documented and legally reviewed standard. Every verification label includes an explanation of what was reviewed.

Reviews

Public merchant reviews are not available at launch. We will only enable reviews when we have a verified-customer process, review moderation, fraud prevention, merchant response rights, and clear review standards in place.

Complaints

Complaints about merchants are reviewed by our team. Merchants may be suspended or removed for violations of our standards. Complaint handling follows our internal procedures.
